working at a breakfast restaurant usually involves eggs. whenever im cooking my own eggs i prefer to keep my eggs pomo - my egg version of the post-modern pancake - a cooked pancake, ripped apart, dipped in batter, & cooked again into a pancake - as seen in the movie/documentary i like killing flies.
